Role Overview
&nbsp;We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the Indian domestic market and a focus on non-IT hiring. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing niche positions within tight deadlines. You will play a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements across non-IT domains.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Negotiate offers with candidates and manage smooth onboarding.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Explore and implement new sourcing strategies to close critical positions quickly.

What We’re Looking For
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian/domestic market.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven track record in non-IT hiring .
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and negotiation skills.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under pressure.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Dripify, Lusha, Naukri Resdex, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a plus.
