You will have various roles supporting the business-as-usual activities, working on small, medium Enhancements and engaging as a Subject matter Expert on Projects. You will be a bridge between the users, and the Development team.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Work you’ll do:</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Your role will focus on helping our internal team’s architect and engineer modern, agile cloud environments, using ServiceNow application to help with Application Lifecycle Management.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;include</strong>:</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HRSD Implementation Certification is MUST.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extensive Service Now technical experience – been working as Developer for 4+ years.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong HRSD SN experience (OOTB and processes) – at least 4+ years working experience of HRSD.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience HR shared services and Service Delivery.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with a full HRSD suite implementation.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through life cycle events.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Form, Custom Workflow, Integration development and support.</div><div><br></div>
