<div>We are hiring for <strong>Data Modeler</strong> in <strong>HCL Technologies</strong> at<strong> Bangalore</strong> &amp;<strong> Hyderabad</strong> location who will be responsible for&nbsp;designs and maintains data structures for an organization's databases </div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.</li><li>Evaluating existing data systems.</li><li>Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.</li><li>Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.</li><li>Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.</li><li>Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.</li><li>Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.</li><li>Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.</li><li>Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>6+ years of proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful data modeling projects.</li><li>Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Collibra, and Erwin.</li><li>Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data requirements into practical solutions.</li><li>High proficiency in SQL and experience with relational, non-relational, and multi-dimensional databases.</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and reliability.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><div><strong>Collibra, Erwin, Data warehousing, ETL and SQL&nbsp;( Mandatory Skills)</strong></div><div><br></div>
