<div>&nbsp;We are seeking a leadership-focused, responsible, and trustworthy Assistant Manager to join our team! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>1) To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling:</div><div> • Savings Accounts.</div><div> • Current Accounts.</div><div> • Term Deposits.</div><div> • Debit / Credit Cards.</div><div> • PG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading). </div><div>2) Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets </div><div>3) To fulfil KYC &amp; Compliance norms. </div><div>4) To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals. </div><div>5) To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of banking operations and procedures</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Good Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members</li><li>Adept with using general banking equipment such as computers, tills, and safes</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Good computer skills, including Excel and Outlook</li><li>Highly organized and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines</li><li>Great Math skills</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>Any Graduate</div>
