ZOCAAI Technologies Private Limited

About Zoca
We are at $2.5Mn+ ARR, 1000+ beauty and wellness businesses on the platform, and a $6M Series A behind us. We are not starting out. But we are also nowhere close to where we want to be.
Zoca is building the growth infrastructure that small beauty and wellness businesses have never had access to. Online visibility, bookings, payments, customer retention, voice AI. All of it, in one place, built to work without a full-time marketing or ops team running it.
We want people who will think, challenge, ship, and own outcomes.
The Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own the development, optimization, and scaling of one of our core AI agents. You’ll be responsible for taking our agent from its current state to a world-class, autonomous system that delivers guaranteed outcomes for local businesses.
This isn’t a traditional PM role. You’ll be part product manager, part AI researcher, part customer advocate, and part execution machine - all focused on making our AI agents more intelligent, reliable, and impactful.
You’ll own
Lead Generation Agent OR Retention/Loyalty Agent OR Local SEO Agent (based on experience and interest)
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>
Own end-to-end development of your assigned AI agent (Lead Generation, Retention, or Local SEO) - from optimization to scaling to measurable customer outcomes
</li>
<li>
Drive customer-centric improvements by spending time with salon owners and wellness professionals, translating their feedback into agent enhancements that deliver more bookings and revenue
</li>
<li>
Optimize agent performance by working with ML engineers and data science to improve model accuracy, automation reliability, and response quality using real customer data
</li>
<li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, and other AI Program Managers to ship agent improvements and ensure seamless integration across the platform
</li>
<li>
Build and execute strategic roadmaps for your agent’s evolution over 6-12 months, identifying new capabilities and use cases that strengthen competitive positioning
</li>
<li>
Measure and report impact by tracking agent performance metrics, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction to ensure your agent becomes indispensable to local businesses
</li>
</ul>
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>
2-4 years in product management, AI/ML product development, or technical program management
</li>
<li>
Direct experience building or optimizing AI-powered products (not just using AI tools)
</li>
<li>
Understanding of machine learning workflows, model training, and performance optimization
</li>
<li>
Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products
</li>
<li>
Track record of shipping products that solve real customer problems
</li>
</ul>
AI/ML Technical Understanding
<ul>
<li>
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI systems
</li>
<li>
Understanding of training data requirements, model evaluation, and performance metrics
</li>
<li>
Experience with AI agent frameworks, automation workflows, or similar systems
</li>
<li>
Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and technical integrations
</li>
<li>
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
</li>
</ul>
