Job Summary: As a Spanish Language Expert (Spain), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Record and review Spanish language audio samples with a native accent from Spain to enhance AI model accuracy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the customer’s team to design and execute effective speech data collection workflows.</li>
<li>Evaluate AI-generated transcriptions and pronunciations for phonetic accuracy and naturalness.</li>
<li>Offer detailed feedback on language usage, pronunciation nuances, and phonetics specific to Spain’s accent.</li>
<li>Document linguistic observations and share insights to refine AI training processes.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication throughout project documentation and interactions.</li>
<li>Ensure all audio contributions meet technical quality standards as outlined by the team.</li>

Required Skills and Qualifications:

<li>Native proficiency in Spanish with an authentic accent from Spain.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and collaborative.</li>
<li>Experience or familiarity with speech data collection and audio recording workflows.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of phonetics and Spanish pronunciation patterns.</li>
<li>Comfort with technology-driven tasks and willingness to learn new AI training methods.</li>
<li>Ability to provide constructive linguistic feedback and analysis.</li>
<li>Commitment to delivering high-quality, clear, and accurate audio samples.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:
