Role Title:&nbsp;General Counsel

General Counsels to support a customer's project with a particular focus on contract playbooks, negotiation, drafting, and management. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
<ul>
<li>Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.</li>
<li>Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.</li>
<li>Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.</li>
<li>Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project’s documentation objectives.</li>
<li>Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.</li>
<li>Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.</li>
