Role &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.</li>
<li>Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit, and match candidates to client requirements with precision and speed.</li>
<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment from job brief analysis to offer negotiation ensuring 100% client and candidate satisfaction.</li>
<li>Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, social selling, and targeted sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to refine role requirements and improve hiring outcomes.</li>
<li>Track metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience) and report on performance using recruitment analytics tools.</li>
