Key Responsibility: Produce high-quality engineering analyses and deliverables, including wind data analysis, wind resource assessments, site designs, energy production reports and intermediary analyses.

Description of Role: Our vision as a company is to be world-leading at finding and designing new wind farm sites. We are building tools, approaches and engineering processes that combine to form a capability to undertake the technical management of wind farm development at a significantly improved level of sophistication over existing standard industry approaches. Wind Pioneers is driven by its consultancy work, both in terms of supporting the continued growth of the business and providing a rich source of learning opportunities to test and develop our approaches. The Wind Resource Engineer is a hands-on technical role focused on building strong wind resource expertise and delivering consistently high-quality work.

Detailed Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Undertake technical analyses using industry-standard and Wind Pioneers' proprietary tools.</li>
<li>Manage wind data, quality checks and associated technical tasks</li>
<li>.Produce high-quality wind resource assessments, site designs, energy production reports and&nbsp; &nbsp;intermediary analyses.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage assigned deliverables, communicate progress clearly and escalate risks early.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support client liaison and coordinate inputs from third-party technical suppliers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Contribute to research, development and the improvement of internal tools and methods.</li>

Candidate Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A strong Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering, science or technical discipline.</li>
<li>0–2 years of professional experience in wind resource engineering or a closely related role.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hands-on exposure to wind data, wind resource assessment, site design, energy production analysis or&nbsp; technical reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn specialist technical tools.</li>
<li>Fluent English, including clear, high-quality technical writing.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A proactive, flexible approach, natural initiative and genuine enthusiasm for wind energy and a small international growth environment. </li>
