Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.</li>
<li>Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for rental equipment sales. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their rental equipment needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer partnerships.</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Manage the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.</li>
<li>Monitor sales activity, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales reports to management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of rental equipment and excellent customer experience.</li>

Skills:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
