We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and result-oriented Family Wellness Dietitian / Wellness Transformation Dietitian to lead the nutrition and wellness journey of both In-House and External Clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing personalized nutrition programs, monitoring client transformation, coordinating with the kitchen team, educating clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of healthy lifestyle interventions.
The role requires a hands-on professional who can bridge the gap between nutrition science and practical meal preparation while motivating clients to achieve sustainable health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
Client Assessment &amp; Wellness Transformation
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle assessments for both in-house and external clients. - Design personalized meal plans based on medical conditions, body composition, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and health goals. - Guide clients through weight loss, fat loss, weight gain, muscle gain, therapeutic nutrition, and overall wellness transformation programs. - Track progress through regular follow-ups, body composition analysis, and outcome measurements. - Revise nutrition plans based on client progress and feedback.
Diet Planning &amp; Meal Management&nbsp;
- Develop balanced, practical, and sustainable diet plans with accurate portion sizes and meal timings. - Ensure nutritional adequacy while maintaining client compliance. - Plan therapeutic diets whenever required. - Recommend suitable nutritional supplements when appropriate.
Kitchen Coordination &amp; Healthy Meal Preparation&nbsp;
- Work closely with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared according to prescribed diet plans. - Provide clear cooking instructions and demonstrate healthy cooking techniques whenever required. - Possess basic cooking knowledge to practically guide cooks in preparing nutritious recipes such as healthy salads, soups, low-oil dishes, high-protein meals, and portion-controlled recipes. - Ensure consistency in taste, nutrition, hygiene, and portion sizes. - Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
Operations &amp; Food Safety&nbsp;
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of client meals. - Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness. - Monitor kitchen operations related to diet preparation and compliance with prescribed meal plans.
Client Counseling &amp; Wellness Coaching&nbsp;
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and regular counseling sessions. - Provide continuous motivation and wellness coaching to improve client adherence and long-term lifestyle changes. - Educate clients about healthy eating habits, mindful eating, hydration, physical activity, and sustainable behavior modification. - Address client queries regarding nutrition, supplements, meal planning, and healthy living.
Reporting &amp; Documentation&nbsp; - Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, diet plans, and progress reports. - Prepare periodic transformation reports for management. - Document client outcomes and recommend improvements to wellness programs. - Escalate client concerns, challenges, or special requirements to management&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;promptly.
Qualifications&nbsp;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food &amp; Nutrition, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness Coaching, Client&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Transformation Programs, or Lifestyle Management. - Experience in handling both in-house and external clients is preferred. - Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
