The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function at VMax Wellness, driving the organization’s brand, growth, and customer engagement strategies. This is a strategic onsite leadership role based in Coimbatore, responsible for building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven record of driving revenue, brand visibility, and digital presence in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership

<li>Define the overall marketing vision and go-to-market strategy in line with VMax’s business objectives.</li>
<li>Set marketing goals, key metrics and budgetary priorities; oversee allocation of marketing spend to maximise impact.</li>
<li>Shape brand positioning, messaging and value proposition to differentiate VMax in the wellness marketplace.</li>

Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Partner with senior leadership and other functions (Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Product) to ensure marketing strategy is integrated with business operations.</li>
<li>Facilitate alignment between marketing initiatives and other business priorities such as customer acquisition, retention, service delivery and revenue growth.</li>

Team and Resource Management
<ul>
<li>Build and lead a high-performance marketing team; define roles, recruit talent, mentor team members and drive performance culture.</li>
<li>Manage external agencies, vendors and partners; ensure high quality, cost-effective delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.</li>

Campaign &amp; Channel Execution

<li>Oversee planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, content, events, partnerships).</li>

Key Requirements

<li>Education: Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience: 10-12 years in marketing leadership roles, ideally with exposure to&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;brand, digital, performance-marketing, in B2C or health/wellness sectors.</li>
<li>Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute marketing strategies&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;that drive growth, brand awareness and engagement.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Proven experience in building, leading and developing marketing&nbsp; &nbsp;teams; strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Analytical Orientation: Ability to leverage market data, customer insight and&nbsp; &nbsp;marketing analytics to inform decisions and optimise ROI.</li>
<li>Digital &amp; Omni-Channel Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social&nbsp; &nbsp;media, content, performance channels, customer journeys, and emerging marketing&nbsp; &nbsp;tools.</li>
<li>Commercial Acumen: Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking KPIs,&nbsp; &nbsp;measuring ROI, and aligning marketing with business outcomes.</li>
