<h3>About the Role:</h3>
We are partnering with a major national firm to hire 30 experienced Employment Counsel attorneys to join their team by the end of the year. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely in a highly reputable legal environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Independently manage labor &amp; employment cases and litigation matters
</li>
<li>
Represent clients in hearings and employment-related legal proceedings
</li>
<li>
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on workplace and compliance issues
</li>
<li>
Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards across jurisdictions
</li>
<li>
Occasionally attend in-person hearings as required
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
</li>
<li>
7+ years of labor &amp; employment law experience in a law firm setting
</li>
<li>
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
</li>
<li>
Must be admitted to the state bar of their state of residence
</li>
<li>
Senior-level attorney capable of independent case management
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Experience Level:</h3>

Senior-level attorneys (Partner-level equivalent preferred)
</li>
<li>
Prior litigation experience in employment law is essential
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Compensation Structure:</h3>

$185,000 – $200,000 base salary, depending on experience and billable hours
</li>

Flexible structure:

e.g., $120,000 for 1,400 billable hours
</li>
<li>
up to $140,000 for 1,600 billable hours
</li>
</ul>

<li>
Standard expectation: 1,750–1,850 billable hours annually

10% annual performance bonus
