About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful deal closure.
The role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work with international clients while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Experience selling B2B services, preferably to international clients.
</li>
<li>
Strong outbound sales and lead generation experience.
</li>
<li>
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
</li>
<li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
</li>

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
</li>

Experience managing the complete sales cycle.

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, LeadSimple, or similar.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
