<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic <strong>Junior Engineer Trainee</strong> to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers in daily site operations, learn construction methodologies, ensure quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in real estate development projects.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<p>Assist site engineers and supervisors in daily project activities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor site progress and ensure timelines are met</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material and labor</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support in quality checks and reporting as per specifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help maintain project documentation and daily reports</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Learn and adhere to safety and compliance standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Attend technical meetings and training sessions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide updates and escalate issues to the reporting manager</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<p>Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Basic knowledge of construction practices and materials</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good communication and teamwork skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness to work on-site and learn under pressure</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience may apply</p>
