Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Civil Engineer to join our real estate project team. The candidate will assist in site execution, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and consultants, gaining hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in day-to-day site execution activities.</li>
<li>Monitor construction work as per drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Support senior engineers in planning and scheduling of work.</li>
<li>Conduct basic quality checks for materials and workmanship.</li>
<li>Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to safety standards at site.</li>
<li>Assist in quantity estimation and material reconciliation.</li>
<li>Participate in site inspections and progress reviews.</li>
