Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer with strong experience in RCC, finishing, and MEP estimation for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with design, contracts, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for RCC, civil, finishing, and MEP works.</li>
<li>Prepare project-wise cost estimates and budgets based on drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Carry out RCC estimation including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare finishing estimates for plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, tiling, and other finishing works.</li>
<li>Handle MEP estimation including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and related services.</li>
<li>Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP items.</li>
<li>Review drawings, specifications, and consultant BOQs for discrepancies and variations.</li>
<li>Prepare and evaluate BOQs, comparative statements, and tender documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Architect, MEP Consultants, Contracts, Procurement, and Execution teams.</li>
<li>Track quantity and cost variations during project execution.</li>
<li>Verify contractor/subcontractor quantities and assist in certification wherever required.</li>
<li>Maintain estimation records, rate databases, and cost reports.</li>

Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing &amp; MEP estimation.</li>
<li>Good understanding of residential construction methods and specifications.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and estimation-related software.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.</li>
<li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li>
