Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to handle estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing, and tendering for residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost sheets for civil and finishing works.</li>
<li>Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify scope of work.</li>
<li>Prepare rate analysis for various construction activities.</li>
<li>Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and work orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Design, Planning, Projects, Procurement, and Contracts teams.</li>
<li>Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.</li>
<li>Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variations.</li>
<li>Prepare cost estimates for new projects and revised estimates as required.</li>
<li>Verify quantities submitted by contractors and support billing/measurement certification.</li>
<li>Maintain records of rates, quantities, BOQs, and project cost data.</li>
<li>Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.</li>
<li>Identify discrepancies in drawings and BOQs and coordinate for necessary clarifications.</li>
<li>Prepare MIS reports related to project estimation and cost control.</li>
