Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costing, optimizing expenses, and supporting project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for real estate projects (residential)</li>
<li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).</li>
<li>Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis.</li>
<li>Develop project budgets and cost plans at various stages (concept, design, execution).</li>
<li>Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for cost inputs.</li>
<li>Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight deviations.</li>
<li>Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.</li>
<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.</li>
<li>Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.</li>
