<h4><b>1. Amenities &amp; Development Execution</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Execute and supervise <b>STP works (civil, mechanical &amp; plumbing coordination)</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supervise <b>swimming pool construction</b>, waterproofing, filtration systems, and finishing works.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor <b>clubhouse, gym, kids play area, pathways, compound wall, entrance plaza, and common amenities</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate <b>landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and external development works</b>.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>2. Coordination &amp; Planning</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with <b>MEP, plumbing, electrical, landscape, and STP vendors</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with <b>architects, consultants, and PMC</b> for design and execution.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare and track <b>amenities work schedules</b>.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>3. Quality &amp; Safety Control</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensure work execution as per <b>approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications</b>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure safety compliance at site during execution of amenities works.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Supervise amenities contractors and subcontractors.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Verify measurements, bills, and work progress.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support contracts/QS team for certification of RA bills.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>5. Testing, Commissioning &amp; Handover</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Coordinate <b>testing &amp; commissioning of STP, swimming pool systems</b>, and other amenities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure snag-free handover of amenities to operations/facility teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support local authority inspections where required.</p>
