Job Title: Senior Engineer – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years Industry: Real Estate / Residential Projects Location: Moshi, Pune
Job Description: We are hiring a Senior Engineer for residential real estate projects. Candidate must have strong experience in RCC work, finishing activities, site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise site execution as per drawings &amp; specifications</li>
<li>Monitor RCC, finishing &amp; structural work quality</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants &amp; site team</li>
<li>Ensure project progress as per timeline</li>
<li>Check material quality and site safety compliance</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports</li>
<li>Resolve technical/site execution issues</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>B.E./Diploma Civil</li>
<li>5–8 years experience in residential real estate</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing &amp; site management</li>
<li>Good leadership and coordination skills</li>
