Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring smooth customer communication, and providing excellent post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams for customer support activities.</li>
<li>Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, possession-related coordination, and handover formalities.</li>
<li>Provide project updates and timely communication regarding construction progress, possession schedules, and documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Resolve escalations professionally within defined timelines.</li>
<li>Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.</li>
<li>Assist customers with registration, possession process, and post-possession support.</li>
<li>Prepare MIS reports related to customer concerns and resolution status.</li>
<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.</li>
