<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced <strong>Senior Engineer</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>Mivan shuttering technology</strong> and <strong>finishing works</strong> for high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing both structural and interior finishing phases to ensure timely, high-quality execution in line with project specifications.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Mivan Work Execution:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Supervise Mivan shuttering, alignment, reinforcement checks, and deshuttering.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure correct sequencing and quality during slab, wall, and column casting.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor and manage concrete pouring, curing, and surface preparation.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Finishing Work Supervision:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Oversee all internal and external finishing activities – plaster, putty, painting, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors/windows, etc.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution of finishing works.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct quality checks at each stage of finishing and ensure snag-free delivery.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Follow up with purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensure daily work is carried out as per the project plan and quality standards.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and checklists.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for work integration.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with safety and site protocols.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Resolve technical issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Minimum 5–7 years of experience</strong> in real estate construction, with <strong>mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan technology and finishing works</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Sound understanding of aluminium formwork systems and finishing standards.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and leadership skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience in high-rise residential/township projects.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of RERA compliance and local building norms.</p>
</li>
