<p class="">We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented <strong>Sales Executive (Closing)</strong> to join our real estate team in Moshi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-sales process.</p>

<h3 class=""><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<p class="">Negotiate and close deals effectively</p>

<p class="">Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for post-booking formalities</p>

<p class="">Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale</p>

<p class="">Maintain and update daily MIS reports and sales trackers</p>

<p class="">Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions</p>

<p class="">Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets</p>

<h3 class=""><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<p class="">Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, especially closing deals</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends (Pune region preferred)</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Ability to work independently and under pressure</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Local language proficiency (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus</p>
</li>
