<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology to oversee residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves full project lifecycle management — from planning and approvals to execution and handover — ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven project delivery using Mivan construction methodology.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects using Mivan shuttering technology.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and Mivan vendors.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supervise on-site execution to ensure structural accuracy, safety, and quality.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead the installation and demoulding process of Mivan formwork with efficiency.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure strict adherence to RERA, environmental, and safety regulations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Review and approve BOQs, contractor bills, and material procurement plans.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely milestone achievements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain project documentation, permits, and approvals in compliance with statutory requirements.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>7–10 years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 3 years in Mivan construction.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering system and fast-track construction.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.</p>
</li>
