Project Scheduling
<ul>

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
</li>
<li>
Define timelines for all activities, including civil, MEP, finishing, and development/infra works.
</li>

<li>
Mivan Shuttering Planning
<ul>
<li>
Plan Mivan cycle timelines, slab casting schedules, and shuttering reuse strategies for maximum productivity.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Resource Planning
<ul>
<li>
Estimate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project targets and progress.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Monitoring &amp; Tracking
<ul>
<li>
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule.
</li>
<li>
Identify delays, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Progress Reporting
<ul>
<li>
Prepare and submit DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report), and MPR (Monthly Progress Report).
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Coordination
<ul>
<li>
Liaise with the execution team, QA/QC, and other departments to ensure work is completed as per plan.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Quantity Estimation
<ul>
<li>
Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings for planning and procurement purposes.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Site Visits
<ul>
<li>
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, check quality, and ensure adherence to schedules.
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
</li>
<li>
5–10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in high-rise/Mivan construction.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
</li>
<li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
</li>
