<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare project schedules, baseline programs, and construction timelines.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress for RCC, finishing, and MEP activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultant teams for project execution.</li>
<li>Track daily/weekly progress and identify delays with recovery plans.</li>
<li>Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports for management.</li>
<li>Ensure project completion as per planned timelines and budget.</li>
<li>Review manpower, material, and machinery planning requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct project planning using Primavera P6 / MS Project.</li>
<li>Participate in project review meetings and maintain documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li>
<li>Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.</li>
<li>Understanding of RCC, finishing, and construction sequencing.</li>
<li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li>
