Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer with a strong background in residential real estate projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP design review, coordination with architectural and structural teams, and managing consultants to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Review and validate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs provided by external consultants.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.</li>
<li>Participate in design development meetings and provide technical inputs to optimize MEP solutions.</li>
<li>Identify design clashes and lead interdisciplinary coordination to resolve them.</li>
<li>Monitor and guide consultants to ensure timely submission of drawings and documentation.</li>
<li>Support project teams during execution, installation, and commissioning phases.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.</li>
<li>Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.</li>
