The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of landscape design skills and in-depth knowledge of plant science and horticultural principles. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to design, plan, and implement stunning and sustainable outdoor spaces.</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Landscape Design:</strong></div><ul><li>Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs tailored to clients’ needs and project requirements.</li><li>Create detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, layouts, and plans using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).</li><li>Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into projects, including water management, soil preservation, and energy-efficient landscaping techniques.</li><li>Select appropriate materials such as paving, lighting, furniture, and other landscape elements.</li></ul><div><strong>Project Coordination and Implementation:</strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into practical designs.</li><li>Coordinate with landscape contractors, gardeners, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.</li></ul><div><strong>Research and Innovation:</strong></div><ul><li>Stay updated on trends in landscape architecture, horticulture, and sustainable practices.</li><li>Experiment with innovative planting techniques, irrigation methods, and eco-friendly materials.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Educational Background:</strong></li><li class="ql-indent-1">Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Certification or training in horticulture or landscaping is highly preferred.</li></ul><div><br></div>
