Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology in Residential. The candidate must have strong exposure to RCC works and finishing activities in Mivan projects within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Execute and supervise Mivan formwork system activities at site</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure quality of RCC works including slabs, columns, shear walls, and beams</li>
<li>Oversee finishing works in Mivan structures such as plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and painting</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports</li>
<li>Verify drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans</li>
<li>Manage material usage and reduce wastage</li>
</ul>
