<p>Job Summary</p>
<p>We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for residential real estate projects. The candidate should have a good understanding of civil drawings, construction materials, and rate analysis to support project planning and budgeting.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and service drawings.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential projects.</li>
<li>Perform rate analysis for civil and finishing works.</li>
<li>Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans.</li>
<li>Verify quantities executed at site and reconcile with BOQ.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams for estimation requirements.</li>
<li>Track material consumption and support cost control activities.</li>
<li>Prepare variation statements and cost comparison reports.</li>
<li>Maintain estimation records and project cost databases.</li>
