<p>We are looking for a Junior Engineer to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate construction projects. The role involves supporting the site team, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Assist in day-to-day site supervision and coordination.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain project documentation such as daily reports, measurements, and checklists.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support senior engineers in planning and execution of work.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other on-site personnel.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Report site progress and issues to project manager regularly.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>0–2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects (freshers can apply).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Basic understanding of site drawings, measurements, and construction methods.</p>
