<p class="">The Junior Architect will assist in designing, drafting, and coordinating architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence aligned with the company’s brand and project vision.</p>

<h3 class="">🔧 <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<p class="">Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and construction drawings.</p>
</li>

<p class="">Support senior architects in creating layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Planning, Sales) for design feedback and revisions.</p>
</li>

<p class="">Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Contribute to conceptual design ideas and brainstorming sessions.</p>

<p class="">Maintain and update architectural documentation and design databases.</p>

<h3 class="">🧠 <strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li class="">
<p class="">Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or architectural firms.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations.</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="">Strong visual awareness, technical ability, and attention to detail.</p>
