Job Summary
The Labour Camp Boss is responsible for managing construction labour staying in the labour camp and ensuring smooth coordination between workers and site management. The role includes supervising labour attendance, discipline, accommodation management, safety compliance, and daily labour deployment for construction activities.
1. Labour Management
<ul>

Maintain daily attendance and records of labourers.
</li>
<li>
Allocate labour to different work areas as per instructions from the site engineer or project manager.
</li>
<li>
Ensure required number of workers are available on site daily.
</li>
<li>
Monitor worker productivity and discipline.
</li>
</ul>
2. Camp Administration
<ul>
<li>
Supervise labour camp accommodation and facilities.
</li>
<li>
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper living conditions in the camp.
</li>
<li>
Handle room allocation and worker settlement.
</li>
</ul>
3. Worker Coordination
<ul>
<li>
Act as the main communication link between labourers and management.
</li>
<li>
Resolve minor disputes or issues among workers.
</li>
<li>
Support new labour onboarding and orientation.
</li>
</ul>
4. Safety &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>
Ensure labour follows site safety rules and PPE usage.
</li>
<li>
Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe behaviour to the site manager.
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
</li>
