You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, attendance regularization, and policy implementation.&nbsp;</span></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications. ● Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Conduct exit interviews and oversee the offboarding process, collecting valuable feedback for continuous improvement.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Organize and conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and values.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Monitor and manage attendance records, working closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Implement attendance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">● Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. ● Communicate and educate employees about company policies and ensure adherence.&nbsp;</span></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">➢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ➢ Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR functions.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">➢ Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, HR processes, and employment laws.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">➢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">➢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ➢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.</span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
