<div>Eligibility Criteria for Site Supervisor:</div><div>1. 1 years of minimum experience in the construction or modular furniture and residential</div><div>interiors industry.</div><div>2. The candidate must have decent knowledge with regards to measurement standards.</div><div>3. Diploma course in Civil Engineering or Interiors.</div><div>4. Extremely high level of ownership and learning attitude.</div><div>5. Candidate must be proficient in English.</div><div>6. Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an average</div><div>40 km per day across Bangalore.</div><div>Job Description:</div><div>As Site Supervisor - will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring and project</div><div>management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by various vendors as</div><div>per the design inputs and on time. They will be reporting to the project managers.</div><div>Roles and Responsibilities:</div><div>• Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on</div><div>sites.</div><div>• Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the</div><div>Client updated of advancements in the project.</div><div>• Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.</div><div>• Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.</div><div>• Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc). •</div><div>Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.</div><div>• Ensuring execution and design match at all times.</div><div>• Validate drawings, BOQ &amp; site.</div><div>• Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.</div><div>• Effectively communicating with client, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues if</div><div>any.</div><div>• Updating of project trackers &amp; summaries.</div><div>• Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of</div><div>timeline and quality of work.</div>
