<div>As Project Manager - PM, you will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring</div><div>and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by</div><div>various vendors as per the design inputs and on time.</div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div>● Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on</div><div>sites.</div><div>● Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including</div><div>the Client updated of advancements in the project.</div><div>● Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.</div><div>● Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.</div><div>● Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).</div><div>● Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.</div><div>● Ensuring execution and design match at all times.</div><div>● Validate drawings, BOQ &amp; site.</div><div>● Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.</div><div>● Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.</div><div>● Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.</div><div>● Effectively communicating with clients, designers and other stakeholders to resolve</div><div>issues if any.</div><div>● Updating of project trackers &amp; summaries.</div><div>● Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of</div><div>timeline and quality of work.</div><div>Requirements:</div><div>➢ 3 years of minimum experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry.</div><div>The candidate must have good knowledge with regards to measurement standards and</div><div>hardware standards in the modular furniture industry.</div><div>➢ Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.</div><div>➢ Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude.</div><div>➢ Candidate must be proficient in English.</div><div>➢ Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an</div><div>average 40 km per day across Hyderabad</div>
