Job Role: We are looking for a Principal Designer for our Sarjapur Road Experience Center. You will be responsible for designing mid to high segment&nbsp;residential projects. ● Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options. ● Provide quotations to customers using our software. ● Work on multiple projects ensuring you meet customer's expectations in terms of budget &amp; design aesthetics. ● Adhere to company policies that ensure smooth customer experience. ● Prepare and share 3D Designs and renders with clients, working along with 3D Modeler Requirements: &gt; Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in residential designing &gt; Min. 3 Years of exp. In modular industry &gt; Sketchup + Vray/ Enscape &gt; Clear understanding of capturing the client’s expectations from the space &gt; Client handling is a must-have requirement &gt; excellent knowledge of materials/ finishes &gt; excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles &gt; willing to work in a fast-paced environment
