Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and drive the daily performance of our onsite teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will ensure strong process adherence, timely follow-ups, and high operational quality while maintaining accurate system updates and reports.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs.</li>
<li>Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations.</li>
<li>Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations.</li>
<li>Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards.</li>
<li>Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</li>
<li>Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on performance, quality, and compliance metrics.</li>
<li>Identify gaps or bottlenecks in execution and drive accountability among team members and vendors.</li>
<li>Proactively escalate performance or compliance issues to management when required.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations process.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in operations, field management, or vendor coordination preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to push, follow up, and drive execution.</li>
<li>Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of preparing structured reports.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.</li>
