As we scale, we’re looking for a Lead – Talent Acquisition to strengthen our most valuable asset: our people.
<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across functions – Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
</li>
<li>
Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies.
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging networks.
</li>
<li>
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Truww as a preferred workplace in the interiors space.
</li>
<li>
Manage, mentor, and guide a small TA team to deliver speed and quality in hiring.
</li>
<li>
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring closures within defined TATs.
</li>
</ul>
<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>
<ul>
<li>
5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing startup or agency background.
</li>
<li>
Strong exposure to both volume hiring and niche hiring.
</li>
<li>
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
</li>
<li>
A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves for execution.
</li>
<li>
