About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to&nbsp;work closely with business leaders and employees to drive organizational&nbsp;effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and people&nbsp;strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business while&nbsp;ensuring smooth HR operations, strong employee relations, and a high-performance&nbsp;culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering

<li>Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals</li>
<li>Understand business challenges and provide people-focused solutions</li>
<li>Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives</li>
</ul>
2. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement
<ul>
<li>Act as a bridge between employees and management</li>
<li>Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives</li>
<li>Foster a positive and high-performance work environment</li>
</ul>
3. Performance Management
<ul>
<li>Drive goal-setting and performance review processes</li>
<li>Support managers in performance improvement planning</li>
<li>Ensure continuous feedback and employee development practices</li>
</ul>
4. Policy &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with labor laws and company guidelines</li>
<li>Handle disciplinary matters and workplace conduct issues professionally</li>
</ul>
5. Learning &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Identify training and development needs within teams</li>
<li>Coordinate with L&amp;D for capability-building initiatives</li>
<li>Support leadership development and employee growth programs</li>
</ul>
6. HR Analytics &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and&nbsp;attendance</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights through HR data analysis</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>3-6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations roles</li>
<li>Experience in startup, retail, interiors, construction, or service industries&nbsp;preferred</li>
