T oday,</div><div>Truww operates from Bangalore and is aggressively planning to expand to other cities as</div><div>well.</div><div><strong>Work Location: </strong>Bangalore, as designated by the Management</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>● Build strong long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant</div><div>communication and effectively resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to</div><div>individual needs.</div><div>● Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximising value</div><div>● Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual customer success reports to ensure customers</div><div>optimise our service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met.</div><div>● Analysing customer data and promoting value through customer experience</div><div>● Evaluate risk management for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction</div><div>or lost business and ultimately drive retention throughout the customer lifecycle.</div><div>● Identify and prioritise updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market and</div><div>competitor trends and report to key stakeholders.</div><div>● Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve</div><div>the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the process.</div><div>● Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the</div><div>customer experience</div><div>● Post sales service work - Ensuring service requests are met and closing</div><div>tickets within mentioned TAT by effectively giving a resolution to clients by</div><div>liaising with different teams.</div><div><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></div><div>● Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer- facing role, such</div><div>as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management.</div><div>● Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with abilityto adapt conversations.</div><div>● Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player.</div><div>● Experience working with brand image and promoting value through</div><div>customer experience</div><div>● Well-organised, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritise.</div><div>● Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships</div><div>● Added technical interiors and execution knowledge would be helpful</div><div><strong>Working Days: </strong>Monday - Saturday ( Sunday week off )</div><div><strong>Work Timing: </strong>10:30AM to 7:30PM</div><div><br></div>
