<p><b>Role Purpose -</b></p>
<p>The Junior Admin Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. This is an entry-level role designed to gain practical workplace experience and develop administrative and professional skills.<br><br></p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities -</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in general office administration and filing (physical &amp; electronic)</li>
<li>Handle basic documentation, forms, and data entry</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect queries when required</li>
<li>Assist in preparing simple reports and documents</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor</li>
