Freelance USA RPO Sales Consultant (Remote)
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify and generate new RPO business opportunities in the US market.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and cold calling.</li>
<li>Schedule and lead discovery meetings with prospective clients.</li>
<li>Understand client hiring challenges and propose appropriate RPO solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to develop proposals and pricing.</li>
<li>Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities.</li>
<li>Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closures.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed agreed revenue and client acquisition targets.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing sales, recruitment sales, or RPO sales.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the US recruitment and talent acquisition landscape.</li>
<li>Experience selling services to US-based companies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.</li>
<li>Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications

<li>Existing network of HR, Talent Acquisition, or business leaders in the US.</li>
<li>Experience selling offshore recruitment or recruitment outsourcing services.</li>
<li>Experience working with staffing agencies, RPO providers, or recruitment firms.</li>
<li>Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise accounts.</li>
