In a nutshell, we buy products from brand owners, take care of stocking, sales, and logistics (including shipping), and provide brand owners with insights to help them accelerate their sales and growth. We are your end-to-end partner for sales and growth acceleration.&nbsp;
Job Summary: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage end-to-end operations, including inventory control, vendor coordination, imports, catalog accuracy, and financial reconciliations. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses and systems.

Track stock movement (inbound/outbound) and update records in real time.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with warehouse teams for GRN, stock audits, and discrepancies.
</li>
<li>
Monitor low-stock alerts and initiate timely purchase orders.
</li>
</ul>
2. Vendor Coordination &amp; Purchase Cycle
<ul>

Manage vendor communication for POs, delivery timelines..
</li>
<li>
Ensure timely receipt of goods, documents, and invoices.
</li>
<li>
Follow up for confirmations, dispatch details, and compliance documents.
</li>
<li>
Maintain vendor master data and update agreements/terms.
</li>
</ul>
3. Overseas Import &amp; Shipment Handling
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
</li>
<li>
Track shipment status end-to-end: booking → pick-up → transit → customs clearance → final delivery.
</li>
<li>
Prepare and verify import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Ensure timely duty payments and clearance to avoid demurrage.
</li>
<li>
Work with finance for payment scheduling against milestones.
</li>
</ul>
4. Reconciliation &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>
Reconcile PO vs GRN vs Invoice discrepancies.
</li>
<li>
Follow up with vendors/warehouse/finance to close mismatches.
</li>
<li>
Maintain monthly reconciliation reports and dashboards.
</li>
<li>
Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
</li>
</ul>
5. Catalog Management
<ul>
<li>
Maintain and update SKU master data: descriptions, pricing, pack sizes, vendor codes, etc.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams for catalog updates.
</li>
<li>
Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms and internal systems.
</li>
<li>
Conduct periodic catalog hygiene checks.
</li>
</ul>
6. Invoicing &amp; Payment Coordination
<ul>
<li>
Verify vendor invoices for quantity, rate, and tax accuracy.
</li>
<li>
Submit invoices to finance with all supporting documents.
</li>
<li>
Track invoice status until payment completion.
</li>
<li>
Handle queries from vendors or finance regarding payments.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

<li>1–2&nbsp; years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain roles.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li>
<li>Ability to build long-term vendor and cross-functional relationships.</li>
<li>Intrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and execution-focused.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in G Suite / Google Sheets with a typing speed of 55+ WPM</li>
</ul>
Bonus Skills :
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of sports equipment, tennis, badminton, or other racket sports.</li>
<li>Experience with international logistics, freight forwarders, and customs processes.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze cost efficiencies across vendors, shipments, and inventory.</li>
<li>Experience in SKU rationalization and catalog structuring.</li>
<li>Capability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder supply chain environments.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, especially for shipment delays, document gaps, and mismatches. </li>
