About the Role:
The MIS Executive at The Marketplace Guru will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating advanced data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance productivity and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:-

<li>Design tracker sheets, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data is accurately organized and analyzed.</li>
<li>Create macros, pivot tables, and Power Query integrations for advanced data manipulation.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Process Improvement and Automation:-
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities for workflow automation and propose actionable solutions.</li>
<li>Streamline repetitive tasks using innovative tools and techniques.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Monitoring and Quality Assurance:-
<ul>
<li>Track project deliverables to meet deadlines with high accuracy.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of data and reports.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Productivity Tools Development:-
<ul>
<li>Develop KPI dashboards and tools to support management and employee productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain and update existing tools to align with organizational needs.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Cross-Functional Support:-

<li>Collaborate with teams to provide insights and resolve data-related issues.</li>
</ul>

<li>Perform tasks aligned with evolving business priorities and operational requirements.</li>

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements):

<li>Google Sheets (Advanced Formulas, Data Import, Google Scripts) / Proficient in creating pivot tables, macros, and utilizing Power Query for data integration.</li>
<li>Data Analysis &amp; Visualization: Ability to download reports, clean and organize data, and develop dashboards to showcase analysis and trends.</li>
<li>Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) </li>
</ul>

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

<li>Experience using Jungle Scout, Asana, and Slack for project management, product research, and communication.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.</li>
<li>Project Management Tool Certification - Asana</li>
<li>Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.</li>
