<li>
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms—tracking performance against KPIs like conversion and lead generation.

Be the on-camera face for videos, reels, and explainers that connect with our audience authentically, contributing to brand consistency and sentiment.

<li>
Identify, collaborate with, and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in relevant niches (career, education, travel, migration), aiming for high-quality collaborations and measurable ROI.
</li>
<li>
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from outreach and negotiation to tracking deliverables and measuring impact, including audience engagement and response rate metrics.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all channels.
</li>
<li>
Stay updated with social, video, and influencer trends, and apply best practices to increase reach and engagement while monitoring sentiment and awareness KPIs.
</li>
<li>
Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and derive insights to optimize campaigns—ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign goals.
</li>
<li>
Engage with our community, respond to comments, DMs, and feedback promptly and professionally, reinforcing brand trust and responsiveness.
</li>
<li>
Translate complex immigration and global mobility topics into relatable, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports lead generation targets.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

<li>
3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital content creation.

Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for short-form videos, reels, or interviews.
