About the Role
As a Quality Auditor (QA), you will listen to and review Sales and Ops calls, evaluate them against defined quality standards, and help our BDEs/RMs improve through clear feedback and coaching. This is a high-impact role that directly shapes how our clients experience TerraTern.
We currently have two positions open for our Sales &amp; Operations Team
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Call Quality Auditing: Review Sales and Ops calls against defined parameters to ensure conversations are accurate, compliant, and client-friendly.</li>
<li>Feedback &amp; Coaching: Share structured, constructive feedback with BDEs/RMs and support them one-on-one to improve call quality and conversion.</li>
<li>Early Issue Flagging: Identify critical gaps, risky conversations, or compliance concerns early - before they become bigger client issues.</li>
<li>Team Learning &amp; Improvement: Run periodic team sessions to highlight common issues, share best practices, and help raise quality across Sales and Ops.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Insights: Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports, track trends, and recommend process or training improvements to leadership.</li>

What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in quality audit, quality analysis, or QA in a sales/customer facing environment (BPO, ed‑tech, immigration, or similar).</li>
<li>Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to evaluate conversations objectively.</li>
<li>
Hands-on with Spreadsheet/excel sheet/data Analysis.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear, respectful, and actionable feedback.</li>
<li>Comfort working with call recordings, scorecards, and basic reporting in Excel/Sheets.</li>
<li>High integrity and comfort flagging issues even when conversations involve senior team members.</li>
<li>Experience in immigration, test prep, or service-led businesses is a plus, but not mandatory.</li>
