<p>Responsibilities<br>- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI.<br>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.<br>- Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.<br>- Build and maintain data models, calculations, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.<br>- Integrate BI tools with data sources like Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, GCP, AWS, or Azure.<br>- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security in reporting environments.<br>- Support migration, enhancement, or modernization of existing BI platforms.<br>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and BI governance frameworks.</p>
<p>Technical Skills and Qualifications:</p>
<p>Must to have:<br>- 10+ years of total experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.<br>- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Power BI.<br>- Expertise in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehouse design.<br>- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse).<br>- Proven ability to analyze complex data and present insights in a clear, visual manner.<br>- Knowledge of performance tuning, parameters, calculations, and LOD expressions in Tableau.</p>
<p>- Experience in Power BI DAX, Power Query, and workspace management.<br>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p>
<p>Nice to have:<br>- Tableau and/or Power BI certification (Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, etc.)<br>- Experience with Python / R for data visualization or analytics integration.<br>- Exposure to Agile methodology and version control tools like Git.</p>
