Job Title - Senior Vice President – Consulting (Facilities Management Vertical)

Role Summary 
The Senior Vice President –Consulting is responsible for leading India’s Facilities Management Consulting vertical. The role focuses on strategic advisory, techno - commercial consulting, operational excellence, sustainability, risk, and compliance services across diverse real estate asset classes.&nbsp;
The position provides senior - level leadership in client advisory, solution development, delivery governance, and capability building, while supporting business growth and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic &amp; Consulting Leadership •Lead and grow the Facilities Management Consulting practice in line with client’s business strategy.
•Defne consulting frameworks, methodologies, and service oferings across FM and asset lifecycle advisory. •Drive innovation and standardisation of consulting deliverables and tools. Client Advisory &amp; Engagement Management
• Act as senior advisor to clients on facilities strategy, asset performance optimisation, and operational eficiency as &amp; when required by Operations team
• Oversee high value consulting assignments including audits, due diligence, CAM advisory, and risk assessments.
•Maintain strong relationships with CXOs, asset owners, developers, and institutional clients. Service Delivery Oversight Provide leadership and governance across the following consulting services:
• Process audits, SOP &amp; manual development • Techno commercial advisory &amp; maintenance budgeting • CAM advisory &amp; strategic sourcing
•Transition management &amp; business continuity planning
•Technical &amp; commissioning due diligence
•MEP health assessments &amp; system value engineering •Energy audits, sustainability &amp; ESG advisory Fire, life safety, EHS &amp; statutory compliance audits
•Environmental &amp; Social Due Diligence (ESDD Phase I &amp; II) •Workspace assessment, benchmarking &amp; asset lifecycle enhancement Business Development Consulting
•Support pre sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
•Work closely with BD and regional teams to convert consulting opportunities.
•Contribute to cross-selling and integrated service offerings within Team Leadership &amp; Capability Development •Mentor and guide consulting, engineering, EHS, and sustainability teams.
•Build internal capability through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
•Foster collaboration across FM operations, engineering, HSSE, and transition teams. Governance, Quality &amp; Risk Management
•Ensure adherence to global quality, governance, and risk management standards. •Review and approve consulting reports prior to client submission.
•Uphold confdentiality, ethics, and brand values in all engagements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Educational Qualifcations
•Bachelors degree in Engineering / Architecture / Facilities Management / Real Estate&nbsp;
Experience Requirements
•15+years of experience in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Engineering, or Real Estate Consulting.
•Proven track record in leading largescale FM consulting, audits, and advisory engagements.
•Exposure to commercial real estate, IT parks, SEZs, mixed use, hospitality, healthcare, or infrastructure assets. Preferred Certifcations
•RICS / IFMA / CFM •PMP •LEED / WELL / Energy Auditor/IGBC AP
